Selling your house is something you’ll have to do maybe just a few times in your life. And unless you know a local Fort Lauderdale real estate agent who will sell your house for free or a hugely discounted commission… it can be a real pain in the rear and an expensive process for you as well. If:• You have no or very little equity in your house so you can’t afford to pay a real estate agent’s commissions;• You have equity but want to try to save money selling the house yourself before you resort to hiring an agent;• You’re in foreclosure (or heading that way) and just need to sell fast without incurring thousands in agent commissions• You can’t wait the long time it sometimes takes to sell a house in the Fort Lauderdale area in this market so you want to try to sell it more quicklyWhatever applies, there are ways to sell your house yourself in the local real estate market.Since 2013, the housing sector has been experiencing a major recovery. Selling your house now can definitely be profitable if you do it right. In most cases, it is about using smart marketing strategies, and being realistic about your expectations as to what you want to achieve with this sale. Here are some critical tips to sell that house:Know the Fort Lauderdale real estate market well. The first and most important step is doing market research on your neighborhood in the Fort Lauderdale area. This involves visiting various home marketing sites (Zillow, Eppraisal the Chase home value estimator, etc), calling a real estate agent or two to determine the value of your house, or reading about various market pricing techniques. Proper homework on these issues will allow you to come up with a right price for your house. If you don’t want to hassle with trying to come up with a home value yourself… it is suggested you call 954-350-0000 to receive an honest fair valuation your house’s value on the retail market (if you’re going to wait the 3-6+ months to find the perfect retail buyer).Asses the marketThis step is almost similar to conducting market research, only that you are bound to similar houses in your neighborhood. Are there lots of houses for sale in your neighborhood in Fort Lauderdale? If so, what is the average price they are listed for? Are there lots of foreclosures in your neighborhood? That could reduce the value of your house.Asses the houseAs a seller, your house should be in top condition to attract at a good price. Identify any unique characteristics about the house. Emphasize these during the marketing. For example, in Fort Lauderdale, a house with drive way parking may be more attractive to buyers compared with one with garage parking.Get Your House “Listed” on the local Fort Lauderdale MLS You can find no or low fee real estate brokers these days who will charge you a few hundred bucks to put your house on the local Fort Lauderdale MLS. This gets your house in front of all of the real estate agents quickly. Be prepared to pay those “buyers” agents a 2-3 percent buyers broker fee if you plan to have them help you find a buyer.Place ads in the local newspaper, signs on the roads, and hold an open house.

Haiti’s President, Jovenel Moise It said that the attacks, which have intensified in recent weeks, have left at least six people dead, and 12 wounded as well as the looting and burning of at least 70 houses. BINUH said that there were also serious allegations of rape noting that the increase in insecurity and the recurrence of these attacks have also resulted in people moving to other neighbourhoods. “The cycle of violence can only stop if those responsible for these crimes are fully accountable, and guarantees of access to justice and reparation are fully provided to the victims of these violations and human rights abuse,” BINUH added. BINUH said that the perpetrators must be identified, arrested and prosecuted by the police and judicial authorities “through fair and equitable investigations “adding “it is essential to end impunity which constitutes one of the main factors of violence and destruction of the social fabric. “The State has an obligation to protect all citizens, regardless of their place of residence on national territory,” it said, recalling that the violence committed recently against the inhabitants of Pont Rouge, Martissant, Cité Soleil, as well as that of La Saline in 2018 and Bel Air in 2019 should also be investigated. He wasn’t the only high scoring defender though, as Spurs’ Ben Davies found the back of the net and kept a clean sheet at Newcastle.Much to the dismay of many managers, Harry Kane continued his unwanted record of having never scored a Premier League goal in August. However, where one English striker retained a record, another broke one, as Wayne Rooney’s first Everton goal for 4869 days netted him nine weekend points and also set the record for the longest gap between goals for the same club.A bundle of strikers grabbed braces this weekend; Jamie Vardy lit up Friday night football at the Emirates, Lukaku bagged two on his Old Trafford debut, Sam Vokes stunned champions Chelsea at the Bridge and Huddersfield new signing Steve Mounie helped his side earn a surprise victory over Crystal Palace.Elsewhere, a clean sheet and an uncharacteristic winning goal was enough for West Brom’s Egyptian defender Ahmed Hegazi to edge out the likes of Vardy and Lukaku as the weekend’s most valuable player. It was also a poor weekend for club captains, as both Newcastle’s Jonjo Shelvey and Chelsea’s Gary Cahill saw red cards and ended the first round of games on minus points.SBC staff members will be desperately clinging onto the notion that its a marathon not a sprint, as despite the inclusion of Cesc Fabregas in his starting 11, Charlie Cole was the only SBC staff member to make it into the top 25.
